We can deliver your order to the hotel where you are staying during your trip to Japan, or to the address of friends or family residing in Japan. Since delivery is within Japan, the shipping fee is 480 yen, and no customs duties apply.

We welcome orders from customers around the world.
You can choose either direct international shipping by EMS or delivery through an international forwarding service.
1. Direct International Shipping by EMS
We ship directly to many countries by EMS.
The international shipping fee is a flat rate of 5,950 JPY per order.
Most EMS orders are delivered without any problems(For example, Asia).
However, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, flight schedules, strikes, natural disasters, political conditions, or other circumstances may cause delays.
Estimated delivery dates are provided only as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time when ordering, especially if you need the products for a consultation, seminar, event, or other specific date.
Depending on the destination country, customs regulations, transportation conditions, or previous delivery difficulties, we may contact you before shipment or cancel the order. If we cancel an order before shipment, the amount paid to AIS Color Store will be refunded.
2. Using an International Forwarding Service
Customers who would like to choose from more international shipping options, combine purchases from several Japanese stores, or receive additional support with international delivery may wish to use tenso.com.

2. After registration, you will receive your own Japanese warehouse address and membership number.

4. When your order arrives at the warehouse, tenso.com will notify you.
5. Log in to your account, choose an available international shipping method, and pay the international shipping and service fees.
6. tenso.com will forward the package to your overseas address.

3. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees
Customs duties, import VAT, GST, local taxes, customs clearance fees, handling fees, storage fees, and other charges imposed in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The amount depends on the destination country, product classification, declared value, and local customs regulations. AIS Color Store cannot calculate or guarantee these charges in advance.
If customs or the local delivery company contacts you, please complete the required procedures and payments within the specified period.
After the shipment arrives in the destination country, some customs procedures may take place directly between the recipient and the local authorities. AIS Color Store may not receive the same notifications and may be unable to complete these procedures on the recipient’s behalf.
4. Customs Declaration
We prepare invoices and customs declarations based on the actual order details.
We declare the actual product description, quantity, sales price, country of origin, and other required information.
We cannot declare a lower value than the actual sales price or provide false descriptions such as “Gift,” “Free,” or “No commercial value.”
5. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If the recipient refuses delivery, does not pay import charges, does not complete customs procedures, or does not collect the package within the storage period, the package may be returned, stored, or disposed of locally.
Return to AIS Color Store is not guaranteed.
A refund can be processed only after the products have physically returned to AIS Color Store and we have inspected their condition.
The original international shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs charges, storage fees, handling fees, and other costs are not refundable or may be deducted from the refund.
If the package is not returned to AIS Color Store, we may be unable to issue a refund.
6. Payment

海外送料は、1回のご注文につき一律5,950円です。
通常は問題なくお届けしていますが、通関、現地の配送事情、航空便の運航状況、ストライキ、災害、政治情勢その他の事情により、配送が遅れる場合があります。
到着予定日は目安であり、特定の日までの到着は保証できません。コンサルティング、講座、イベントなどで使用日が決まっている場合は、十分な余裕をもってご注文ください。
配送先国の通関制度、輸送状況、過去の配送上の問題などにより、発送前に確認のご連絡を差し上げたり、ご注文をキャンセルしたりする場合があります。
発送前に当店の判断でキャンセルした場合は、当店にお支払いいただいた代金を返金します。
2．海外転送サービスの利用
複数の国際配送方法から選びたい場合、日本の複数のショップの商品をまとめたい場合、または国際配送について専門業者のサポートを希望される場合は、海外転送サービス「転送コム」の利用もご検討ください。

転送コムの利用方法
1．転送コムのウェブサイトで無料会員登録を行います。
2．登録後、お客様専用の日本国内倉庫住所と会員番号が発行されます。
3．AIS Color Storeで注文する際に、発行された倉庫住所と会員番号を配送先として入力します。
4．商品が倉庫へ到着すると、転送コムから通知が届きます。
5．マイページで利用可能な海外配送方法を選び、国際送料とサービス料金を支払います。
6．転送コムからお客様の海外住所へ商品が発送されます。
初回利用時には本人確認が必要になる場合があります。転送コムからの案内に従ってお手続きください。

4．税関申告について
インボイスおよび税関告知書は、実際のご注文内容に基づいて作成します。
実際の商品名、数量、販売価格、原産国その他の必要事項を正確に申告します。
商品価格を実際の販売価格より低く記載することや、「Gift」「Free」「No commercial value」など、事実と異なる申告には対応できません。
5．受取拒否・未引き取り・配達不能の場合
受取人が商品の受け取りを拒否した場合、輸入税等を支払わなかった場合、必要な通関手続きを行わなかった場合、または保管期限内に商品を引き取らなかった場合、商品は返送、現地保管または処分となることがあります。
商品が必ず当店へ返送されるとは限りません。
返金は、商品が実際に当店へ戻り、商品の状態を確認した後に行います。
当初の海外送料、返送料、関税、保管料、取扱手数料その他の費用は、返金対象外、または返金額から差し引く場合があります。
商品が当店へ返送されない場合は、返金できないことがあります。
6．お支払いについて
海外のお客様は、購入画面で選択できる決済方法をご利用いただけます。
海外発行のクレジットカードを使用し、ホテルや転送会社の倉庫など、日本国内の住所を配送先に指定した場合、カード会社のセキュリティ判断により、決済が拒否または取り消されることがあります。
クレジットカードで決済できない場合は、利用可能であればPayPalをご検討ください。
